Usually 15–30 minutes once the transfer is confirmed. In Nha Trang and Da Nang a courier delivers the dong between 08:00 and 22:00; in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Phu Quoc a partner ATM point hands out the cash around the clock.
An exchange request is only created in the @VNDExchangeRobot Telegram bot — check the bot name before sending funds. Never use payment details sent by an unknown account in a private message: VND-EX does not send them outside the bot.
